For Headache I have had migraines since I was 7, and use a whole bag of natural tools to both avoid triggers and to treat them when they happen. This www.yogajournal.com/pose/legs-up-the-wall-pose/followed immediately by this: www.yogajournal.com/article/beginners/supported-child-s-pose/ ... edit to this pose, place forehead on a block, couch, stack of pillows, so your neck isn't strained, and jaw and face is relaxed. This can also be done straddling a chair with forehead on a table; and laying face down with forehead on the back of hands works if it does not work to sit in a supported forward fold Essential Oils: Lots of them work Especially a blend of grapefruit, lavender, basil and rosemary Peppermint and Lavender together is also helpful Frankincense dabbed on the back of the neck or the temples is nice Drink: Vitamin C in some form; water with lemon and lime (or just lime) and a pinch of sea salt. Coconut water is a good alternative to plain water. Repeat if needed. Tap the outer corner of your eyebrow. If this is going to help, it will help quickly Recommend BodyTalk Cortices technique www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnpnjElsr3w

Tip to alleviate migraine pain:
Sit in a chair (or lie down)
Bring your attention to heart’s center, the beat of your own heart.
Next, bring your attention to the palms of your hands. Observe any sensation there.
Then, to the soles of your feet.
Bring attention back to the palms, and then back to hearts center.
Release from that
Observe how you feel, and repeat as necessary.
This techniques can be used to address pain in other areas of the body as well, general healing

Sleep tip:
As soon as your head hits the pillow, does your mind start organizing, running inventory, solving problems, creating or worrrying?
*If this is when your best creations are born, believe this will happen but even better and without detriment to your system, in your sleep.
It’s normal. We tend to teach our nervous system to be “on” at all times, without giving our brains the chance to process or “download” our experiences.
By training our nervous system to relax by taking relaxation through out the day, we can get better sleep at night.
Begin by taking relaxation pose or constructive rest 1-5 or 10 minutes at lease once a day. Start with1 minute once a day, and set a time.
