Also love Nutribiotics Saponified Coconut Oil Soap (available from Health Nutrition Basket in Sioux Falls) for Body Wash...it helps balance skin microbe to remove some bacterias on the skin that could be causing undesirable odors

I love that blog! Especially love the bug balm. It's nice being able to sleep and allow baby to sleep with it on when camping or after a long day out doors. Also dig the vegemite jar  Vegemite is a great source of the B vitamins including B 12. |

Homemade Sunscreen
Total Time: 20-30 minutesServes: 10
INGREDIENTS:
10 drops lavender
1 tbsp pomegranate oil
3/4 C coconut oil
2 tbsp Zinc Oxide
2 tbsp shea butter
Glass Jar
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except zinc oxide in a jar.
Place a saucepan with 2 inches of water on stove over medium/low heat.
Place jar in saucepan and stir contents until ingredients start to melt.
Once all ingredients are combined, add in zinc oxide and stir well. Store in a cool place.
